Pro Train, Inc. will provide instruction in the course under competent supervision and assumes no responsibility other than the opportunity to learn under supervision. Acceptance of enrollment in a course constitutes an agreement to the conditions stated. Pro Train, Inc. is hereby relieved of all liability. All courses are subject to cancellation. Cancellation notice must be provided not less than seventy-two (72) hours to the scheduled date for a credit to be issued.

PRO TRAIN REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITTING ONLINE FORM.

By submitting this registration information, I hereby understand and agree that enrolling student(s) into this police training course is made under the following terms:

All students are required to be in a "on duty status" during all of the training; students will be required to sign a liability waiver; and all students must complete all assignments to the satisfaction of the instructor.

In addition, cancellations must be received by Pro Train Inc. prior to 7 days before the class begins for a full refund. Class reservations may be cancelled up to 7 calendar days prior to the first day of class with a 100% refund, less than 7 days, but prior to the first day of class with a 50% refund, on the first day of class with a 0% refund. All “no shows” of a student will be charged full price.

If a student cancels, fails to report to training , or fails to complete the class they are responsible for 100% of the course enrollment fee. Pro Train Inc. can issue a credit for future training but the course fee will still be payable as if the student were present.
